We got off to a slow start but once a garage opener model was selected and we determined that it was not available I picked another model that I did not like as well. She asked me to wait two days and she managed to move heaven and earth to find the model I had wanted. It was installed the next day quickly, efficiently, and correctly. The old opener was taken down and disposed off. Shawn was also neat and picked up after himself. I would have no problem recommending Pinnacle Garage Door Co. to anyone.

In the midst of an emergency, our garage door wouldn't open or close. It began to bend, leaving our garage exposed to the outdoors and whatever else that crawls at night. We were frantically looking for someone to come out and assess the damage. After searching for 24/7 garage repair, Pinnacle Garage Door Company had the best reviews. I called and spoke with his wife, who was very pleasant and helpful. Shawn arrived quickly, assessed the problem and had a solution right away. He fixed our garage in no time! Overall it was a relief and there are not enough stars to give him the review he deserves.

Shawn was amazing!! I am a customer for life. I called and explained my garage door wouldn't close and no other companies could come out before Friday (it was Wednesday) as a single mom with kids I didn't want to leave the garage door up or unsecured. Fast and professional service. Installed my garage door opener in less than 2 hours. My door garage door kit came with 2 remotes but did not come with an outside key pad. They had a new one with them that the sold to me at below cost and installed it. Gave me a tutorial and even programed the 2 remotes.

Our garage door broke late Saturday afternoon. Went to home advisor to search for a company that could fix it. Got a call from Pinnacle 10 mins after my search. Scheduled for them to come out the next day (Sunday) at noon. Fixed the door in a matter of 10 minutes. VERY fast and VERY professional! Would recommend to anybody in need of any type of garage repair.

Quick response! Got a call back the same day to receive an estimate for the job and was able to set the appointment just a couple days out. After installation was completed Shawn took the time to explain a few things about the operator and it's functions. Would recommend to others or use again in the future if needed.

It sounded like a shotgun blast! The large spring on our garage door broke after 12 Years of constant use, trapping one of our vehicles inside. We called Shawn of Pinnacle Garage Door Company and he arrived the same day and make a temporary repair so we could get our vehicle out. Our garage was instantly usable with the temporary repair. He gave us a very reasonable price estimate and completed the final repair in a timely manner. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, punctual and the service was outstanding. Our garage door is like new!

Friendly service and knowledgeable

The service was very good. Technician showed up on the time he schedule. He made a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem with the door. The part was ordered and I was kept in the loop when it was received and they scheduled shortly after. From the first call to the day of completion took less than a week. I would definitely call them again. The warranty was explained to me after the repair was complete . Overall a solid company definitely would recommend them.
